Schedule a date to learn a new craft or hobby

Treat yourself to a gift and appreciate yourself for it:

  • Dab the expensive perfume you reserve for special occasions
  • A bottle of organic purified oil and schedule the time for a massage
  • An indulgence – a chocolate covered strawberry
  • Investing in yourself

It’s really pretty simple. Spend the time on yourself to feel fulfilled, so that when you do dedicate your time on work and those you love – you can spread your joy and live a life you enjoy and that you yourself are proud of.

That is the true equation for happiness!
